Christmas BUDGET
We only had few days to go before Christmas, the time we’ve all been waiting for. A special event that would bring up happiness to our life. Time to relax, enjoy and filled with your favorite food. Especially during Christmas and New Year parties. We are all excited for this upcoming special day that we must not miss. Most of all, the gifts that we all likely to receive and give from our parents, aunties, and cousins also to our many awaited gifts that came from the heart of our very special someone. Another thing we should not forget the Christmas bonuses who would receive their annual 13 month paycheck to those people who are employed. We enjoy so much fun from the blessings that we had received. The gifts, the money that we had, but definitely it’s not that important the amount that we recognized. As long as we have something that comes from the heart.
Since Christmas is fast approaching, Christmas sales are now rampant on the malls. We’ve already witness some items having big discounts. We must not forget how to manage ourselves on spending items that we want to buy. It is unlikely to spend thousands of pesos for the holiday in this time of crisis; Thinking first is a priority before going to stuff. Are these items really important to you? Or you just want to get it for the sake to have this kind of item. Remember that money can easily be spent rather than saving it, right? Well, better try to understand that crisis is always present in the world. Admitting the fact that there are still days to come which your money would be mostly appreciated especially during year End Sale.
Today’s saving money does not only involve a decision to put money aside. It is very important to make the right decisions, and it involves a plan before taking it into an action. As we enter the season of giving, we start thinking about giving, but come to think that wise planning is important rather spending it unplanned. These are a few strategies to control your money this Christmas.
- “Budget first before spending”
We can enjoy simple Christmas with a well planned budget. Try to see a prize that limits on gifts before trying to search for the right gift for someone and once a limit has been set, you can be more conscious and not spend more than unplanned.
- “Set up for Christmas”
Make a list of those people whom you’re going to give so that you would be able to know all the persons who would receive your gifts. Determine how much you can spend. And set priorities and categorize your list.
- · Seek for an item before you spend”
Conduct a research before spending. Try to go to malls where you have the best choices for your gifts. You don’t have to find yourself going to those expensive items. Better go for the affordable ones as long as you have something to give. That’s the essence for this Christmas. So once your budget is in place then it’s time to do shopping.
In this way, you can celebrate your holidays with a good cheer. It is the season for giving after all.
Happy Holidays!
